2.1 AtlasPass offers Users an innovative Google Maps-based travel guide, meticulously curated with 50+ hand-picked places and insightful comments for at least 20 of these locations. Our travel guides encompass comprehensive city insights, local knowledge, and a wealth of practical travel information. This includes recommendations for websites, apps, and other related content, enhancing your travel experience and making your journey seamless and unforgettable.

2.2 These travel guides are provided in exchange for a fee (the "Service Fee") to compensate for the research, curation, and organization of information available on the internet and some more.


  1. Refunds and Returns

3.1 Due to the nature of our digital, information-based product, we do not accept or offer refunds or returns in any case. All sales are final.

  1. Rights and Ownership

4.1 All rights to the content on our website and social media platforms are owned by AtlasPass, except for content freely available on the internet.

4.2  AtlasPass respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe we made a mistake and your photo or content has been uploaded without your consent, please contact us, and we will consider the removal of the content.

5.1 Users are encouraged to contribute content. AtlasPass is granted the right to utilize, modify, or distribute user-generated content.

5.2 Users may not submit content that violates the rights or privacy of others, contains offensive material, or breaches any applicable laws, and in case if any legal problem occurs they are the one to be held accountable
